摘要:數(shù)據(jù)中心是一個(gè)聚集了大量服務(wù)器、存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備、網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備及配套UPS、空調(diào)等設(shè)備的IT設(shè)備場(chǎng)所,是實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)信息的集中處理、存儲(chǔ)、傳輸、交換和集中管理等業(yè)務(wù)的服務(wù)平臺(tái)。
數(shù)據(jù)中心供電電源質(zhì)量的好壞直接影響到IT設(shè)備的安全運(yùn)行,因此對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)中心列頭柜電源進(jìn)出線實(shí)行監(jiān)測(cè)非常重要,另外,隨著全球可用能源的減少以及能源成本的提高,如何更加經(jīng)濟(jì)和使用能源已成為相關(guān)企業(yè)責(zé)無(wú)旁貸的責(zé)任。
Abstract: Data center is a place that gathering a large number of servers, storage equipment, network equipment and supporting UPS, precision air conditioning and other IT equipment, is to realize the centralized processing, storage, transmission, exchange and centralized management of data and information service platform.
Data center power supply quality directly affects the safe operation of the IT equipment, thus the data center column header tank outlet and inlet line of power supply monitoring is very important, in addition, as the global of available energy and reduced energy costs rise, how much more economic and efficient use of energy has become a duty-bound responsibility related enterprises.

針對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)中心列頭柜對(duì)于監(jiān)測(cè)裝置的要求,我司設(shè)計(jì)了AMC16-FAK48數(shù)據(jù)中心監(jiān)控裝置來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)多路出線的電參數(shù)及進(jìn)出線開關(guān)狀態(tài)等實(shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)。innovIT AG是德國(guó)的數(shù)據(jù)中心制造商之一,這款多達(dá)48單相交流出線回路監(jiān)測(cè)的儀表, 搭配安科瑞的開口式互感器AKH-0.66-K-φ10一起使用,滿足了客戶監(jiān)測(cè)39個(gè)単相回路監(jiān)測(cè)的要求。
According to the requirements of data center array cabinet for monitoring device, our company designed AMC16-FAK48 data center monitoring device to realize the electrical parameters of multiple outgoing lines and the switch state of incoming and outgoing lines to achieve comprehensive monitoring. InnovIT AG is the largest data center manufacturer in Germany. This meter, which can monitor up to 48 single-phase AC outlet circuits, is used together with Acrel’s split core CT AKH-0.66-K-Φ10 to meet customers' requirements for monitoring 39 circuits.

隨著數(shù)據(jù)中心的迅猛發(fā)展,數(shù)據(jù)中心的能耗問(wèn)題也越來(lái)越突出,有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)中心的能源管理和供配電設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)成為熱門問(wèn)題,可靠的數(shù)據(jù)中心配電系統(tǒng)方案,是提高數(shù)據(jù)中心電能使用效率,降低設(shè)備能耗的方式。要實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)中心的節(jié)能,首先需要對(duì)每個(gè)用電負(fù)載實(shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè),而數(shù)據(jù)中心負(fù)載回路非常的多,傳統(tǒng)的測(cè)量?jī)x表無(wú)法滿足成本、體積、安裝、施工等多方面的要求,因此需要采用適用于數(shù)據(jù)中心集中監(jiān)控要求的多回路監(jiān)控裝置。
而AMC16M是專門針對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)中心交流列頭柜開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的,對(duì)此類產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用做了深入的研究,從功能、性能、可用性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性等方面都優(yōu)于其他方案。

Energy management and power supply and distribution design of data centers have become hot issues. Efficient and reliable data center power distribution system scheme is an effective way to improve the power use efficiency of data centers and reduce the energy consumption of equipment.To realize the energy saving of the data center, you will first need to achieve precise monitoring of each power load, the load circuit and data center very much, the traditional measuring meters can meet the cost, size, installation, construction and other aspects of requirements, so you need to use applies to data center centralized monitoring requirement of multi loop monitoring device.
The AMC16M is specially designed for array cabinet in data center. The application of this kind of product has been studied in depth, and it is superior to other schemes in terms of function, performance, availability and economy.
