薄型氣缸與擺動氣缸緊湊一體化的直進擺動單元。直進運動、擺動運動的計時可任意設定也可在前進端、后退端做擺動運動或在直進行程中做擺動運動等。

氣源裝置給系統(tǒng)提供足夠清潔干燥且具有一定壓力和流量的壓縮空氣。由空氣壓縮機排出的壓縮空氣雖然可以滿足氣動系統(tǒng)工作時的壓力和流量要求,但其溫度高達170攝氏度,且含有汽化的潤滑油、水蒸氣和灰塵等污染物,這些污染物將對氣動系統(tǒng)造成下列不利影響:

混在壓縮空氣中的油蒸氣可能聚集在貯氣罐、管道、氣動元件的容腔里形成易燃物,有爆炸危險。另外潤滑油被汽化后形成一種有機酸,使氣動元件、管道內(nèi)表面腐蝕、生銹、影響其使用壽命。

壓縮空氣中含有的水分,在一定壓力溫度條件下會飽和而析出水滴,并聚集在管道內(nèi)形成水膜,增加氣流阻力;如遇低溫(0)或膨脹排氣降溫等,水滴會結冰而阻塞通道、節(jié)流小孔,或使管道附件等脹裂;游離的水滴形成冰粒后,沖擊元件內(nèi)表面而使元件遇到損壞。

混在空氣中的灰塵等污染物沉積在系統(tǒng)內(nèi),與凝聚的油分、水分混合形成膠狀物質(zhì),堵塞節(jié)流孔和氣流通道,使氣動信號不能正常傳遞,氣動系統(tǒng)工作不穩(wěn)定;同時還會使配合運動部件間產(chǎn)生研磨磨損,降低元件的使用壽命。

壓縮空氣溫度過高會加速氣動元件中各種密封件、膜片和軟管材料等的老化、且溫差過大,元件材料會發(fā)生脹裂,降低系統(tǒng)使用壽命。因此,由空氣壓縮機排出的壓縮空氣必須經(jīng)過降溫、除油、除水、除塵和干燥,使之品質(zhì)達到一定要求后,才能使用。

按安裝方式分類:

基本安裝型:利用氣缸缸體上的螺紋或通孔等進行安裝
腳座型:通過L型叫做進行安裝
法蘭型:通過法蘭進行安裝,分桿側法蘭安裝、無桿側法蘭安裝
耳環(huán)型:通過耳環(huán)進行安裝,可以實現(xiàn)氣缸的擺動,分為單耳環(huán)、雙耳環(huán)和和一體耳。
耳軸型:通過耳軸進行安裝,可以實現(xiàn)氣缸的擺動,分為無桿側耳軸、桿側耳軸和中間耳軸。
