體內(nèi):Rotenone 可用于動(dòng)物建模,構(gòu)建帕金森綜合癥模型。Rotenone 導(dǎo)致興奮性氨基酸神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)顯著增加;在 PD 大鼠模型的小腦中觀察到谷氨酸和天冬氨酸以及抑制性氨基酸、GABA、甘氨酸和?;撬岬娘@著減少[1]。Rotenone (1.5、2 或 2.5 mg/kg) 導(dǎo)致黑質(zhì)中 α-突觸核蛋白劑量依賴性增加。此外,在 2 和 2.5 mg/kg 劑量下,Rotenone 會(huì)導(dǎo)致大鼠黑質(zhì)中酪氨酸羥化酶免疫反應(yīng)神經(jīng)元和紋狀體中多巴胺數(shù)量的顯著減少[4]。
