產(chǎn)品活性：Estradiol (β-Estradiol) 是一種類固醇激素和主要的女性性激素。Estradiol 可上調(diào)人子宮內(nèi)膜干細(xì)胞 (hEnSCs) 神經(jīng)標(biāo)志物的表達(dá)并促進(jìn)其神經(jīng)分化。Estradiol 可用于癌癥、神經(jīng)退行性疾病和神經(jīng)組織工程的相關(guān)研究。

體外：Estradiol (10 nM，7 d) 誘導(dǎo)人子宮內(nèi)膜干細(xì)胞 (hEnSCs) 的神經(jīng)分化和增加軸突分支[1]。 Estradiol (17β-estradiol，10 nM，7 days) 增加 hEnSCs 分化的神經(jīng)樣細(xì)胞中神經(jīng)元樣細(xì)胞標(biāo)志物 (Tuj-1、巢蛋白和 NF-H) 的表達(dá)[1]。 MCE尚未獨立證實這些方法的準(zhǔn)確性。僅供參考。
