產(chǎn)品活性：JC-1 (CBIC2) 是一種廣泛用于檢測(cè)線粒體膜電位的理想熒光探針。JC-1 染料以電勢(shì)依賴性的方式積聚在線粒體內(nèi)，可以用來(lái)檢測(cè)細(xì)胞、組織或純化的線粒體膜電位。正常線粒體內(nèi)，JC-1 聚集在線粒體基質(zhì)中形成聚合物，聚合物發(fā)出強(qiáng)烈的紅色熒光 (Ex=488 nm, Em=595 nm) ；在線粒體膜電位較低時(shí)，JC-1不能聚集在線粒體的基質(zhì)中，產(chǎn)生綠色熒光 (Ex=488 nm, Em=530 nm) 。
