當(dāng)汽車裝滿了汽油,汽油流入水箱取代同等體積的汽油蒸汽。為了防止這種汽油蒸氣泄漏到大氣中,它必須吸走。在德國burkert提供的解決方案是這種蒸汽提取經(jīng)由上游比例閥在汽油泵儲(chǔ)液罐應(yīng)用真空來實(shí)現(xiàn)。抽吸泵輸送汽油蒸氣從汽車油箱和壓縮它在汽油泵進(jìn)料罐。為了防止在饋線罐的過壓，汽油繪制的體積和吸回的汽油蒸氣必須是平衡的。分配到車輛油箱汽油量是使用汽油泵，其輸出信號(hào)的由汽油泵計(jì)算機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)換成被發(fā)送到控制單元的脈沖信號(hào)的校準(zhǔn)活塞計(jì)測(cè)量?？刂茊卧菙M合帶（SUB-D）端口，使其可以通信（校準(zhǔn)，測(cè)量結(jié)果）與手動(dòng)控制單元。

The valve ? ow - gas ? ow characteristic of a fuel pump system is by nature non-linear. To ensure uniform suction over the entire control range, a linear 
characteristic curve is required. Accordingly a system calibration is carried out using a control “unit (type MKNE-1904)" in which various points along 
the characteristic curve are automatically saved in the memory of the control unit. The number of points is dependent on the characteristic curve and is 
automatically determined by the control unit. Likewise, correction of the characteristic curve takes place automatically by linear interpolation between 
these points.
