Furnace Construction
爐子結(jié)構(gòu)
·  采用高純氧化鋁作為爐膛材料，程度減小能量損失，比一般加熱爐減少30%能耗。
·  爐門采用下拉式可以方便放樣和取料，當爐門打開時高溫爐主電路斷開。
·  爐體后面有兩個φ8mm 的通氣口，可以在燒樣時通入惰性氣體。
·  采用高純氧化鋁作為爐膛材料，爐膛表面涂有美國進口高溫氧化鋁涂層可以提高加熱效率和爐膛使用壽命。
·  爐體后端·High purity fibrous alumina insulation for maximum energy saving - 30% less power consumption than other brands 采用高純氧化鋁作為爐膛材料，程度減小能量損失，比一般加熱爐減少30%能耗。

· The equipment is not sealed, and can not be put into toxic, harmful, inflammable and explosive gas. Can add the inlet port to pass through the inert gas or oxygen.
· 此設(shè)備腔體不密封，不能通入有毒有害，易燃易爆氣體?？梢约友b進氣接頭，通惰性氣體或者氧氣
· Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
· 在使用過程中爐膛表面可能出現(xiàn)細小裂紋。這是正常情況，裂紋可以用氧化鋁涂層修復(fù)。
· You shall place the sample in to a crucible.  Never place sample on the chamber bottom directly.
· 應(yīng)該把樣品放進坩堝里。不要把樣品直接放在腔底。
