構(gòu)建恒溫恒濕實(shí)驗(yàn)室應(yīng)注意的四個(gè)方面

    高精密恒溫恒濕實(shí)驗(yàn)室系統(tǒng)主要應(yīng)用于紡織品檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)、紙張檢測(cè)、計(jì)量標(biāo)定、涂料檢測(cè)、包裝檢測(cè)、精密加工、三坐標(biāo)檢測(cè)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)等。隨著對(duì)質(zhì)量控制的要求越來越嚴(yán)格，恒溫恒濕環(huán)境的需求越來越大，應(yīng)用的領(lǐng)域也越來越寬廣。構(gòu)建恒溫恒濕試驗(yàn)室zui主要的四個(gè)方面：

1、實(shí)驗(yàn)室裝修：

1, laboratory decoration:

    要求嚴(yán)格的保溫隔濕性能，建議實(shí)驗(yàn)室四個(gè)立面采用彩鋼復(fù)合板（為了滿足防火要求，一般采用巖棉彩鋼板。但是巖棉保溫性能差，是在巖棉彩鋼板外側(cè)再加封一層酚醛鋁箔保溫板，增加外墻保溫性能，能夠有效的節(jié)能減耗），為了保證密閉性，頂面應(yīng)采用彩鋼板密封，在頂面再加封酚醛鋁箔板保溫，地面則采用酚醛保溫板進(jìn)行保溫隔濕處理；對(duì)于透視窗，要求采用雙層中空玻璃窗。

    實(shí)驗(yàn)室空調(diào)是溫濕度控制的心臟，要求精度高，故障率低。所以必須要求空調(diào)能調(diào)節(jié)制冷量，目前市面上有兩種方式：變頻調(diào)節(jié)和冷凍水調(diào)節(jié)方式。

    冷凍水型機(jī)組：采用7℃左右的冷水作為冷源，通過電動(dòng)閥開大或者關(guān)小來控制水流量，從而輕易控制制冷量，而電動(dòng)閥結(jié)構(gòu)象家用水一樣簡(jiǎn)單，所以故障率幾乎為零，控制效果zui為穩(wěn)定。通合理計(jì)算房間的熱濕負(fù)荷和空氣露點(diǎn)來匹配好風(fēng)量、冷量、加熱量、加濕量，在通過PLC控制各個(gè)部件的無級(jí)調(diào)控，在選擇靈敏度高線性好的傳感器，可以做到溫度±0.5℃，濕度±2%。此種方式需要通過每個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的實(shí)際面積和負(fù)荷來進(jìn)行計(jì)算匹配，所以沒有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成型機(jī)組，都為定制加工型。一般都用組合式空調(diào)箱組合配比來實(shí)現(xiàn)，所以缺點(diǎn)是占地面積較大，整個(gè)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性差，系統(tǒng)維護(hù)復(fù)雜，出現(xiàn)問題后修復(fù)困難。

    通風(fēng)方式經(jīng)歷過好幾個(gè)歷史階，從zui初的底出風(fēng)，到上自然送風(fēng)，到上散流器送風(fēng)，到現(xiàn)在的上風(fēng)管+微孔天花送風(fēng)，下地板回風(fēng)方式，整個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室送風(fēng)柔和、均勻，溫濕度控制非常穩(wěn)定。

    新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的*作用是為工作人員提供生理新鮮空氣，其對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室溫濕度的穩(wěn)妥定性也功不可沒，也是*的設(shè)備：為了讓實(shí)驗(yàn)室不受外界的干擾，必須向?qū)嶒?yàn)室提供新風(fēng)，以保持實(shí)驗(yàn)室氣壓為正，這樣外界的空氣進(jìn)入不了實(shí)驗(yàn)室，確保實(shí)驗(yàn)室長(zhǎng)年溫濕度穩(wěn)妥定。
