以常用的級(jí)精度的電流電壓變送器為例,從以下方法著手來(lái)辨別真假優(yōu)劣。
(1)基準(zhǔn)要穩(wěn),4ma是對(duì)應(yīng)的輸入零位基準(zhǔn),基準(zhǔn)不穩(wěn),談何精度線性度,冷開(kāi)機(jī)3分鍾內(nèi)4ma的零位漂移變化不超過(guò)%以內(nèi);(即),負(fù)載250ω上的壓降為,國(guó)外ic心片多用昂貴的能隙基準(zhǔn),溫漂系數(shù)每度變化10ppm;
(2)內(nèi)電路總計(jì)消耗電流<4ma,加整定后等于,而且有源整流濾波放大恒流電路不因原邊輸入變化而消耗電流也隨之變化,國(guó)外ic心片采用恒流供電;
(3)當(dāng)工作電壓時(shí),滿量程時(shí),滿量程的讀數(shù)不會(huì)因負(fù)載0-700ω變化而變化;變化不超過(guò)%以內(nèi)
(4)當(dāng)滿量程時(shí),負(fù)載250ω時(shí),滿量程的讀數(shù)不會(huì)因工作電壓變化而變化;變化不超過(guò)%以內(nèi);
(5)當(dāng)原邊過(guò)載時(shí),輸出電流不超過(guò)+10%以內(nèi),否則plc/dcs內(nèi)供變送器用的24v工作電源和a/d輸入箝位電路因功耗過(guò)大而損壞,另外變送器內(nèi)的射隨輸出亦因功耗過(guò)大而損壞,無(wú)a/d輸入箝位電路的更遭殃;
(6)當(dāng)工作電壓24v接反時(shí)不得損壞變送器,必須有極性保護(hù);
(7)當(dāng)兩線之間因感應(yīng)雷及感應(yīng)浪涌電壓超過(guò)24v時(shí)要箝位,不得損壞變送器;一般在兩線之間并聯(lián)1-2只tvs瞬態(tài)保護(hù)二極管 可抑制每20秒間隔一次的20毫秒脈寬的正反脈沖的沖擊,瞬態(tài)承受沖擊功率;
(8)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)示的線性度%是誤差還是相對(duì)誤差,可以按以下方法來(lái)辨別方可一目了然:符合下述指標(biāo)是真的線性度%.
