工作原理(Working principle):

本機(jī)組由粉碎機(jī)、工作平臺(tái)、剩料桶、關(guān)風(fēng)機(jī)、吸塵器等五部分組成,物料由進(jìn)料斗進(jìn)入粉碎室,經(jīng)活動(dòng)齒盤和固定齒盤的相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)而獲得粉碎,粉碎好的物料通過(guò)離心力的作用,自動(dòng)進(jìn)入剩料桶,經(jīng)關(guān)風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)入捕集袋或篩粉機(jī),粉塵由吸塵箱經(jīng)布袋過(guò)濾回收,該機(jī)按“GMP”標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì),全部用不銹鋼材料制造,生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中無(wú)粉塵飛揚(yáng),且能提高物料的利用率,降低企業(yè)成本,目前已達(dá)到*水平。

This set is comprised of crusher, working platform, bucket, air shutter and dust collector etc., material is fed into the crushing chamber through a hopper and crushed through relative motion between movable and fixed fluted discs, and the crushed material is entered into the bucket automatically under the effect of rotating centrifugal force, and entered into catcher or screening mill through air shutter, where, the dust is filtered and recovered by dust collector through a bag. Designed according to GMP standard and wholly made of stainless steel, this machine has no flying dust during production, and can improve the utilization rate of material and reduce the cost of enterprise, thus reaching the international advanced level.
