*粉碎機(jī)工作原理(Working principle)：
本機(jī)利用活動齒盤和固定齒盤間的相對運(yùn)動,使被粉碎物經(jīng)齒沖擊、摩擦及物料彼此間沖擊而獲得粉碎。且20B、30BV、VI及40B、60BV、、80BV、全部按“GMP”標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計,整機(jī)全部用不銹鋼材料制造,30BVI型及40B粉碎室配有水冷卻夾套。該機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、產(chǎn)量高、易清洗,是目前的粉碎設(shè)備。
By means of relative motion between movable and fixed fluted discs, material is crushed through impact and friction of the teeth and impact among the material. Designed according to GMP stan-dard and wholly made of stainless steel, model 30BVI, model 40B and 60B crushing chamber is equipped with water cooling jacket. With simple structure, high output and easy cleaning, this machine is the most ideal crushing equipment at present.
