METAFECTENE ®PRO(專業(yè)級)是針對新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的哺乳動物細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)染的一代轉(zhuǎn)染試劑。它成分新穎,結(jié)合了Biontex的“RMA"技術(shù)和新型毒性優(yōu)化模塊。
優(yōu)點: 改善毒理學(xué)(毒性優(yōu)化技術(shù))轉(zhuǎn)染到每個細(xì)胞的高表達率大量用戶的報告綜合庫尤其適用于桿狀病毒質(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)染 METAFECTENE PRO是針對新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的哺乳動物細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)染的一代轉(zhuǎn)染試劑。采用結(jié)合毒性優(yōu)化(TOP)技術(shù),Biontex成功地在顯著提高RMA功能促進DNA釋放進入細(xì)胞的效率的同時zui小化了對細(xì)胞的毒性。除了能加強細(xì)胞的轉(zhuǎn)染效率之外,METAFECTENE PRO的另一主要特點是潛在提高每個細(xì)胞的基因表達。 TOP技術(shù)zui小化毒性是現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)染試劑達到率和廣泛應(yīng)用的首要前提條件。 TOP技術(shù)的基本準(zhǔn)則是以通過模擬自然結(jié)構(gòu)原件加強生物降解能力、保證顯著提高細(xì)胞耐受性為目標(biāo)。另外,它的物理化學(xué)修飾會降低脂質(zhì)復(fù)合體的穩(wěn)定性從而促進DNA在細(xì)胞質(zhì)的釋放。
