動物實驗低壓氧艙用于模擬低壓氧環(huán)境,氧氣濃度可自動控制,解決了艙體內(nèi)氧濃度的自動控制問題,同時氣體濃度在艙體內(nèi)更均勻,適用于中小型動物如犬、猴、兔、鼠等。

由動物艙體、氣體輸送控制系統(tǒng)、環(huán)境監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)、視頻監(jiān)測功能、溫控系統(tǒng)等構(gòu)成。通過調(diào)節(jié)動物艙內(nèi)氧氣(或空氣)和氮氣的混合比例,間接控制氧氣濃度的效果;氧氣濃度的大小以及維持低氧環(huán)境的時間,均由中央處理器自動控制,設備的自動化程度高,無須專人守候;流量計、分布器以及緩沖罐的使用,減小甚至消除了細股急流氣體對小動物的影響,具有供氣均勻、平緩的優(yōu)點,從源頭上消除了動物艙氧濃度分布不均勻的現(xiàn)象。


功能及特點

1.確保安全

從設計開始到zui終完成測試和檢查,所有實驗氧艙都遵循嚴格的生產(chǎn)過程;

具有緊急關閉和自動排氣系統(tǒng),以適應各種情況。

2.動物艙體

ProOx-810 動物實驗低壓氧艙主體采用進口亞克力加厚材質(zhì),堅固可靠,透明方便觀察;

鋁合金及不銹鋼材料支撐;

具有腳輪腳剎設計,方便移動。

3.氣體輸送控制系統(tǒng)

醫(yī)用級靜音高壓泵及低壓泵,為系統(tǒng)提供穩(wěn)定的壓力;

4.整體管路采用防爆管,抗壓強;

具有氣體緩沖器,減小甚至消除了細股急流氣體對小動物的影響;

多級空氣過濾器確??諝鈦碓辞鍧?,消除碳氫化合物可能引起的火災危險;同時去除空氣供應中的微粒物質(zhì)、水分、油和油蒸氣。

5.自動控制氧濃度及維持氧濃度的持續(xù)時間。

具有擴展接口,用于靜脈注射、采血、血壓監(jiān)測等

7.視頻監(jiān)測功能

配備視頻采集卡及攝像頭,可錄像拍照

8.溫控系統(tǒng)

具有動物恒溫平臺,溫度可控制

采用水循環(huán)恒溫機制,防止電加熱過程在高氧環(huán)境中潛在的危險
