該儀器是一種能適應目前國內各種轉子接觸式流速儀在纜道﹑測船﹑涉水等條件下進行流速的測量﹑處理﹑計算和顯示的智能化儀器，尤其適合灌區(qū)﹑水文及野外水資源調查使用。
