幼蟲足3對，2對在體前部，1對近體后端。幼蟲仍生活在原隧道中，或另鑿隧道，經(jīng)3～4天蛻皮為前若蟲。若蟲似成蟲，有足4對，前若蟲生殖器尚未顯現(xiàn)，約經(jīng)2天后蛻皮成后若蟲。雌性后若蟲產(chǎn)卵孔尚未發(fā)育*，但道孔已形成，可行交配。后若蟲再經(jīng)3～4天蛻皮而為成蟲。完成一代生活史需時(shí)8～17天。疥螨一般是晚間在皮膚表面交配，是在雄性成蟲和雌性后若蟲進(jìn)行交配。雄蟲大多在交配后不久即死亡；雌后若蟲在交配后20～30分鐘內(nèi)鉆入宿主皮內(nèi)，蛻皮為雌蟲，2～3天后即在隧道內(nèi)產(chǎn)卵。每日可產(chǎn)2～4個(gè)卵，一生共可產(chǎn)卵40～50個(gè)，雌螨壽命約5～6周。疥螨寄生部位的皮損為小丘疹、小皰及隧道，多為對稱分布。疥瘡丘疹淡紅色、針頭大小、可稀疏分布，中間皮膚正常；亦可密集成，但不融合。隧道的盲端常有蟲體隱藏，呈針尖大小的灰白小點(diǎn)。劇烈瘙癢是疥瘡zui突出的癥狀，引起發(fā)癢的原因是雌螨挖掘隧道時(shí)的機(jī)械性激及生活中產(chǎn)生的排泄物、分泌物的作用，引起的過敏反應(yīng)所致。白天瘙癢較輕，夜晚加劇，睡后更甚。由于劇癢、搔抓，可引起繼發(fā)性感染，發(fā)生膿瘡、毛炎或癤腫。

The skin lesions of the mistletoe are small papules, small warts, and tunnels, mostly symmetrically distributed. Acne papules pale red, needle size, sparsely distributed, normal skin in the middle; can also be closely integrated but not fused. The blind side of the tunnel is often hidden by the body, showing the tip of the gray small size. Severe itching is the most prominent symptom of acne. The cause of itching is due to the mechanical stimulation of excavation by females and the excretion and secretions produced in life, resulting in an allergic reaction. Itching is light during the day, and it worsens at night, even after sleeping. Due to itchiness and scratching, secondary infections may occur, resulting in abscesses, hirsitis or bloated swelling.
