PARKER電磁閥和常開電磁閥。常閉電磁閥,常位時(shí),運(yùn)動(dòng)鐵芯封住副閥口,閥腔內(nèi)壓力均衡,副閥、主閥口封鎖。當(dāng)線圈通電,發(fā)生電磁力將運(yùn)動(dòng)鐵芯吸上,副閥翻開,主閥腔內(nèi)的介質(zhì)自導(dǎo)閥口外泄,致使主閥膜片上下發(fā)生壓力差,膜片被疾速托起,主閥口開啟,閥呈通路狀況。當(dāng)線圈斷電,磁場消逝,運(yùn)動(dòng)鐵芯復(fù)位,封鎖副閥口,繼而副閥膜片上腔壓力上升,主閥膜片壓向閥座,閥又呈封閉狀況。常開電磁閥,當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí),發(fā)生磁場力,銜鐵在磁力浸染下下移,推進(jìn)副閥閥杯下移,副閥封閉。跟著主閥閥內(nèi)上下壓差趨勢相等,主閥膜片由彈簧及自重壓向密封閥門封閉。當(dāng)線圈斷電后,磁力為零,銜鐵和副閥閥環(huán)因?yàn)閺椈山旧仙遍y翻開,主閥膜片上腔內(nèi)介質(zhì)經(jīng)副閥流走、壓力下降,當(dāng)壓力降到一定值后,主閥由上下壓差浸染向上升起,主閥翻開,閥門開啟。PARKER電磁閥是用來節(jié)制流體的主動(dòng)化基礎(chǔ)元件,電磁閥屬于執(zhí)行器并不限于液壓,氣動(dòng)。電磁閥用于節(jié)制液壓運(yùn)動(dòng)傾向,電磁閥里有密閉的腔,電磁閥在的分歧位置開有通孔,電磁閥每個(gè)孔都通向分歧的油管,電磁閥腔中心是閥,電磁閥兩面是兩塊電磁鐵,電磁閥經(jīng)由節(jié)制閥體的移動(dòng)來檔住或漏出分歧的排油的孔,電磁閥而進(jìn)油孔是常開的,電磁閥液壓油就會(huì)進(jìn)入分歧的排油管,電磁閥然后經(jīng)由油的壓力來推進(jìn)油剛的活塞,電磁閥活塞又帶動(dòng)活塞桿,電磁閥活塞竿帶動(dòng)機(jī)械裝置動(dòng)。

美國派克PARKER電磁閥有常閉型和常開型兩種。常閉型斷電時(shí)呈關(guān)閉狀態(tài),當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)產(chǎn)生電磁力,使動(dòng)鐵芯克服彈簧力同靜鐵芯吸合直接開啟閥門,介質(zhì)呈通路;當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)電磁力消失,動(dòng)鐵芯在彈簧力的作用下復(fù)位,直接關(guān)閉閥門,介質(zhì)不通。結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,動(dòng)作可靠,在零壓差和微真空下正常工作。常開型正好相反。如小于DN6流量通徑的電磁閥。
美國派克PARKER電磁閥該閥采用一次開閥和二次開閥連在一體,主閥和導(dǎo)閥分步使電磁力和壓差直接開啟主閥口。當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí),產(chǎn)生電磁力使動(dòng)鐵芯與主閥上腔的壓力通過導(dǎo)閥口卸荷,在壓力差和電磁力的同時(shí)作用下使主閥芯向上運(yùn)動(dòng),開啟主閥介質(zhì)流通。當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)電磁力消失,此時(shí)動(dòng)鐵芯在自重和彈簧力的作用下關(guān)閉導(dǎo)閥孔,此時(shí)介質(zhì)在平衡孔中進(jìn)入主閥芯上腔,使上腔壓力升高,此時(shí)在彈簧復(fù)位和壓力的作用下關(guān)閉主閥,介質(zhì)斷流。結(jié)構(gòu)合理,動(dòng)作可靠,在零壓差時(shí)工作也可靠。如:ZQDF,ZS,2W等。
美國派克PARKER電磁閥該系列電磁由先導(dǎo)閥和主閥芯著形成通道組合而成;常閉型在未通電時(shí),呈關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí),產(chǎn)生磁力使動(dòng)鐵芯和靜鐵芯吸合,導(dǎo)閥口打開,介質(zhì)流向出口,此時(shí)主閥芯上腔壓力減小,低于進(jìn)口側(cè)的壓力,形成壓差克服彈簧阻力而隨之向上運(yùn)動(dòng),達(dá)到開啟主閥口的目的,介質(zhì)流通。當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí),磁力消失,動(dòng)鐵芯在彈簧力的作用下向下運(yùn)動(dòng),關(guān)閉主閥口。常開式原理正好相反。如ZCZ等。
