產(chǎn)品介紹
REPOTMGAS報(bào)告基因主要用于檢測細(xì)胞中干擾素調(diào)控的信號通路的活性、藥物研究以及基因過表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMGAS-Lu是吉滿生物改造后的哺乳動物真核表達(dá)載體,在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)GAS結(jié)合位點(diǎn),可以高靈敏度地檢測GAS的激活水平。同時(shí),對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔?,增加了質(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小,使得GAS報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。

pGMGAS-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動物細(xì)胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進(jìn)行檢測。
