產(chǎn)品介紹
AhR通過對細(xì)胞內(nèi)不同信號通路的調(diào)節(jié)作用從而影響了細(xì)胞的生長,增殖以及分化等過程。另外,AhR與癌癥的發(fā)生和發(fā)展也密切相關(guān),在許多的腫瘤細(xì)胞中都發(fā)現(xiàn)了AhR的異常表達(dá)。
REPOTMAhR報告基因主要用于檢測細(xì)胞中AhR的轉(zhuǎn)錄活性、藥物研究以及基因過表達(dá)和RNAi的表性分析等。
pGMAhR-Lu是吉滿生物改造后的哺乳動物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個AhR結(jié)合位點，可以高靈敏度地檢測AhR的激活水平。同時，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得AhR報告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。

使用說明：
pGMAhR-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動物細(xì)胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進(jìn)行檢測。
