SRE-GFP報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒(Reporter Plasmid)
產(chǎn)品描述
SRE-GFP報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒(Reporter Plasmid)是翌圣生物自主研發(fā)的用于檢測SRF轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。三重復(fù)合體TCR/Elk1/SRF結(jié)合到SRE進(jìn)行基因表達(dá)的調(diào)控。
SRE-GFP報(bào)告基因主要用于檢測細(xì)胞中MAPK/ERK信號(hào)通路、藥物研究、基因過表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMSRE-GFP是翌圣生物改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)SRE結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，可以高效地檢測SRE的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報(bào)告基因，更便于后續(xù)的檢測。同時(shí)，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔?，增加?/span>質(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得SRE-GFP報(bào)告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。

使用說明
pGMSRE-GFP可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞。
