產(chǎn)品描述
TTNPB (Arotinoid Acid)是一種有效的泛PRR激動(dòng)劑,能夠抑制all trans-retinoic acid與RARα, β, 和 γ的結(jié)合, IC50分別為5.1 nM, 4.5 nM,和 9.3 nM [1]。TTNPB不影響PDK1, ADRP, UCP3, GLUT4和ANGPTL4的表達(dá)水平[2]。TTNPB能增加小鼠JEG-3細(xì)胞RAR的轉(zhuǎn)錄激活,作用于mRNAα,β,γ的EC50分別為2.0 nM,1.1 nM和0.8 nM [3]。TTNPB能高效的誘導(dǎo)人iPS細(xì)胞和ES細(xì)胞IM細(xì)胞分化 [4]。TTNPB濃度依賴(lài)的減少ES-D3細(xì)胞分化 [5]。
