☆細(xì)胞系通過(guò)使用缺陷型多順?lè)醋幽孓D(zhuǎn)錄病毒（defective polycistronic retrovirus）技術(shù)重編程人皮膚成纖維細(xì)胞以轉(zhuǎn)入Oct-4，SOX2，KLF4和c-Myc

☆細(xì)胞系的純度和干細(xì)胞特征經(jīng)過(guò)廣泛分析，包括解凍后的恢復(fù)，支原體和細(xì)菌檢測(cè)，干細(xì)胞特異性標(biāo)記物的表達(dá)（Oct-4，NANOG，SSEA-3，SSEA-4，TRA-1 -60，TRA-1-81），不表達(dá)分化標(biāo)記（β-3微管蛋白，F(xiàn)OXA2，ASMA）和預(yù)期核型
