頻閃儀是指控制光源發(fā)光，以特定頻率快速閃動的光學測量儀器。美國Checkline DS-12V頻閃儀本身可以發(fā)出短暫又頻密的閃光,當調(diào)節(jié)頻閃燈的閃動頻率,使其與被測物的轉(zhuǎn)動或運動速度接近或同步時,被測物雖然高速運動著,但看上去卻是緩慢運動或相對靜止,這種視覺暫留現(xiàn)象使人目測就能輕易觀測到高速運動物體的表面質(zhì)量與運行狀況 ,而頻閃儀的閃光速度即為被檢測物體(例如:馬達 )轉(zhuǎn)速和運動頻率 (印刷袋 ) ,亦可以利用頻閃儀分析物體振動情況、 高速移動物體的動作以及高速攝影等。利用頻閃儀觀測檢驗技術(shù)在歐美已廣泛使用 ,隨著我國經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,越來越多的行業(yè)開始使用頻閃儀來幫助解決產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗問題。
