用途及特點(diǎn):
DFC-1120伯納德電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器 伺服放大器(簡稱放大器),與各種角行程、直行程、多轉(zhuǎn)式單相電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)配套,廣泛用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)中,本放大器是DFC型放大器的改進(jìn)型,較之傳統(tǒng)的II型、III型放大器有明顯的如下優(yōu)點(diǎn):
1、由于選用過零觸發(fā)固態(tài)繼電器作為無觸點(diǎn)電子開關(guān),故不污染電網(wǎng),且運(yùn)行的負(fù)載能力與硬手操作時(shí)間相同。
2、新的放大器設(shè)有執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)正行、反行和放大器電源指示的信號燈,這即便于伺服放大器的調(diào)試和校驗(yàn),也可在投入系統(tǒng)后隨時(shí)觀察到放大器乃至系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行情況。
3、采用了雙電壓比較器,提高了放大器的靈敏度減少了伺服放大死區(qū),從而使執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)在自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)中的調(diào)節(jié)性能得到改善。
4、新型放大器用一塊印制板替代傳統(tǒng)DFC-1120伯納德電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器 伺服放大器中的三塊印制路板,又革除了8只散熱器和8只整流二極管及金屬底板等,兩者相比,重量約為傳統(tǒng)放大器的一半,其整體性和耐震性也得到提高。這既便于裝配、調(diào)試和維修,同時(shí)也提高了儀表的可靠性。它功能完善、各種參數(shù)設(shè)置、功能組態(tài)操作簡便,一般儀表工都能勝任,是目前國內(nèi)、外具*水平的產(chǎn)品。它以經(jīng)濟(jì)的價(jià)位、可靠的質(zhì)量來滿足您對高性能需求。失去電源或信號時(shí),應(yīng)能保持在失電或失信號前的原位不動(dòng);
