末端脫氧核苷酸轉(zhuǎn)移酶(TdT)

TdT是一種位于細(xì)胞核內(nèi)的聚合酶。可標(biāo)記正常的胸腺皮質(zhì)細(xì)胞和原始淋巴細(xì)胞。,但在成熟的T或B淋巴細(xì)胞中不表達(dá)。在淋巴瘤中主要表達(dá)在急性淋巴母細(xì)胞淋巴瘤/白血病,可因之與Burkitt’s淋巴瘤區(qū)分開(kāi)來(lái)。
