One StepAmphetamine Test Device
A rapid, one step test for the qualitative detection of Amphetamines in human urine.
For healthcare professionals including professionals at point of care sites
For professional in vitro diagnostic use only.
The urine specimen must be collected in a clean and dry container. Urine collected at any time of the day may be used. Urine specimens exhibiting visible particles should be centrifuged, filtered, or allowed to settle to obtain clear specimen for testing.
Specimen Storage
Urine specimens may be stored at 2-8°C for up to 48 hours prior to assay. For long-term storage, specimens may be frozen and stored below -20°C. Frozen specimens should be thawed and mixed before testing.
Allow the test device, urine specimen, and/or controls to reach room temperature (15-30oC) prior to testing.
1. Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening it. Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible.
2. Place the test device on a clean and level surface. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 full drops of urine (approx. 100ml) to the specimen well (S) of the test device, and then start the timer. Avoid trapping air bubbles in the specimen well (S). See the illustration below.
3. Wait for the colored line(s) to appear. The result should be read at 5 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.
INTERPRETATION OF RESUL
NEGATIVE:* Two lines appear. One colored line should be in the control region (C), and another apparent colored line should be in the test region (T). This negative result indicates that the Amphetamine concentration is below the detectable level (1,000 ng/mL).
* NOTE: The shade of color in the test line region (T) will vary, but it should always be considered as negative whenever there is even a faint line.
POSITIVE: One colored line appears in the control region (C). No line appears in the test region (T). This positive result indicates that the Amphetamine concentration exceeds the detectable level (1,000 ng/mL).
INVALID: Control line fails to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure. Review the procedure and repeat the test using a new test device. If the problem persists, discontinue using the lot immediay and contact your local distributor.

下午2點整,在陽光下,在歌聲里,在球場上,番禺創(chuàng)新科技園的*屆趣味運動會拉開了序幕!隨著主持人高昂的聲音,球場上攢動的人群排列成了整齊的隊伍。領(lǐng)隊高舉著各支代表隊的牌子站立在隊伍的zui前方,參賽運動員們摩拳擦掌興致高昂地排列在隊伍里,等待著運動會的開始。接著,科技園的,廣州市登山行業(yè)協(xié)會的發(fā)表講話,預(yù)祝本次運動會取得成功!
開幕式結(jié)束后,在主持人的帶領(lǐng)下,運動員們完成了熱身運動,即將到來的,便是令人熱血沸騰的運動會比賽了。本公司的*項比賽項目是考驗身體協(xié)調(diào)和團隊協(xié)作的雷霆戰(zhàn)鼓。隨著哨聲響起,六位同事用協(xié)同的步伐和節(jié)奏,小心翼翼地顛動著鼓上的氣球,兩位同事在旁蓄力以待,隨時準(zhǔn)備著把顛落的氣球撿回。緊張,激動,每一位同事都在努力地完成著比賽。隨著裁判結(jié)束的聲音響起,同事們才放松下來,但是由于疏于運動的原因,在此項目上我們的成績并不理想。公司詹總此時為大家鼓舞打氣,讓大家重振士氣,并在接下來的比賽中取得了更好的成績。
時間來到下午的三點鐘,健侖生物的各位同事們正進行著點球大戰(zhàn)項目的比賽。伴隨著陣陣歡呼聲,只見各位同事踢出一個又一個令人激動的進球,得分也水漲船高。zui終,健侖生物公司在此項目上取得了前五名的好成績。在中場休息的時候,詹總召集大家進行了簡短的總結(jié),并鼓舞大家繼續(xù)努力,爭取更好的表現(xiàn)。果不其然,在接下來的龜兔賽跑和超級投籃的環(huán)節(jié)中,同事們的表現(xiàn)越來越出色,展現(xiàn)了健侖生物公司的積極面貌和團結(jié)協(xié)作的公司文化。
四項比賽項目結(jié)束后,趣味競賽也告一段落,接下來進行的則是令人期待的彩色歡樂跑。跑步是一項zui基礎(chǔ)的運動,能夠增強體質(zhì)和耐力,是zui健康有效的鍛煉方式。而本次彩色歡樂跑,則是在彩粉中,圍繞科技園園區(qū)進行的長達(dá)三公里的跑步比賽。在大家戴上防目鏡和頭巾之后,隨著彩粉的拋撒,比賽正式開始。而健侖生物當(dāng)中,*的是公司詹總,他揮舞著旗桿,*在大隊伍的前方,也象征著健侖生物要在國內(nèi)做zui出色的生物公司,做*同行的*!而各位同事也不甘落后,卯足了勁沖刺在賽道上。團結(jié),友愛,互助,拼搏,高效,追求*的公司文化在本次比賽中展現(xiàn)的*。
下午五點整,隨著zui后一位運動員沖過終點,運動會的比賽也落下了帷幕。在接下來的頒獎儀式上,獲獎隊伍和運動員得到了表彰和獎品,運動會結(jié)束了,但是通過運動會收獲的成功和精神會一直流傳,成為廣州健侖生物前進道路上一道閃亮的風(fēng)景!
