【檢驗方法】

在進(jìn)行檢測前必須先完整閱讀使用說明書，使用前將本品和尿樣恢復(fù)至室溫（20℃～30℃）。

• 撕開鋁箔袋，取出試劑盒，應(yīng)在1小時內(nèi)盡快使用。
• 將試劑盒置于干凈平坦的臺面上，用塑料吸管垂直滴加3滴無空氣泡的尿樣（約100µL）于加樣孔（S）中。
• 等待紫紅色條帶的出現(xiàn)，3～5分鐘時直接觀察結(jié)果，10分鐘后判定無效。

短支多起自長支，供應(yīng)系膜緣側(cè)的三分之二腸壁血液；長支先行于結(jié)腸帶間的漿膜下，然后穿入肌層，沿途發(fā)出多數(shù)細(xì)支也供應(yīng)系膜緣側(cè)的三分之二腸壁血運，另有小支至腸脂垂；其終末支穿過網(wǎng)膜帶及獨立帶附近的腸壁，zui終分布至系膜對側(cè)的三分之一腸壁。長短支之間除在黏膜下層有吻合外，其余部分很少有吻合，因此長支是腸壁的主要營養(yǎng)動脈，手術(shù)時不可將腸脂垂?fàn)坷^度以免傷長支。腸系膜上、下各動脈之間雖有吻合，但有時吻合不佳，或有中斷，因此邊緣動脈尚有薄弱處，臨床上結(jié)腸中動脈如有損傷，有的可引起部分橫結(jié)腸壞死。結(jié)腸手術(shù)時，當(dāng)某一動脈結(jié)扎后腸壁能否保留，應(yīng)注意腸壁的終末動脈是否有搏動，不可過分相信動脈間的吻合結(jié)腸的靜脈屬門靜脈系統(tǒng)，分布在右半結(jié)腸的靜脈有結(jié)腸中靜脈、結(jié)腸右靜 脈、回結(jié)腸靜脈。
