PhosphoSolutions專注于生產(chǎn)用于檢測磷酸化蛋白的高特異性抗體,由Michael D.Browning博士、John W.Haycock博士和Andrew J.Czernik博士于2001年創(chuàng)立。自2001年成立以來,PhosphoSolutions一直在生產(chǎn)和驗(yàn)證他們的抗體,致力于提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的神經(jīng)科學(xué)和癌癥研究抗體,特別是高特異性磷酸化抗體。PhosphoSolutions的所有抗體都具有高特異性和可重復(fù)性。

 

RBPMS(具有多重剪接的RNA結(jié)合蛋白),也稱為HERME。RBPMS以多種選擇性剪接的異構(gòu)體存在,被認(rèn)為與RNA結(jié)合,可能在RNA相關(guān)事件中發(fā)揮作用,如轉(zhuǎn)錄和翻譯。視網(wǎng)膜神經(jīng)節(jié)細(xì)胞(RGCs)特異性的RNA結(jié)合蛋白先前已被鑒定為RGCs的優(yōu)秀標(biāo)志物(Kwong et al., 2010)。最近的研究結(jié)果表明,針對RBPMS的抗體是鑒定多種哺乳動物物種中RGC的特異檢測工具(Rodriguez et al. 2014)。
