測(cè)厚儀技術(shù)參數(shù)：

• 4200/4500鍍層測(cè)厚儀產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介：　　
  1. 零位穩(wěn)定：所有涂層測(cè)厚儀測(cè)量前都要求校準(zhǔn)零位，可以在隨儀器的校零板或未涂覆的工件上校零。 　
  儀器零位的穩(wěn)定是保證測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確的前提。一臺(tái)好的測(cè)厚儀校零后，可以長(zhǎng)時(shí)間保持零位不漂移，確保準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量。 
  2. 無需校準(zhǔn)：多數(shù)測(cè)厚儀除了校零外，還需要用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)片進(jìn)行調(diào)校。測(cè)量某一范圍厚度，要用某一范圍的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)片調(diào)校。主要是不能滿足全范圍內(nèi)的線性精度。不僅操作煩瑣，而且也會(huì)因標(biāo)準(zhǔn)片表面粗糙失效，增大系統(tǒng)誤差。 　　
  3. 溫度補(bǔ)償：涂覆層厚度的測(cè)量受溫度影響非常大。同一工件在不同溫度下測(cè)量會(huì)得出很大的誤差。所以好的測(cè)厚儀應(yīng)該具備理想的溫度補(bǔ)償技術(shù)，以保證不同溫度下的測(cè)量精度。 　　
  4. 紅寶石探頭：探頭接觸點(diǎn)的耐磨性直接影響測(cè)量的精度。普通金屬接觸探頭，其表面磨損后會(huì)帶來很大的誤差。
