• 4200/4500鍍層測厚儀產(chǎn)品簡介：　　
  1. 零位穩(wěn)定：所有涂層測厚儀測量前都要求校準零位，可以在隨儀器的校零板或未涂覆的工件上校零。 　
  儀器零位的穩(wěn)定是保證測量準確的前提。一臺好的測厚儀校零后，可以長時間保持零位不漂移，確保準確測量。 
  2. 無需校準：多數(shù)測厚儀除了校零外，還需要用標準片進行調(diào)校。測量某一范圍厚度，要用某一范圍的標準片調(diào)校。主要是不能滿足全范圍內(nèi)的線性精度。不僅操作煩瑣，而且也會因標準片表面粗糙失效，增大系統(tǒng)誤差。 　　
  3. 溫度補償：涂覆層厚度的測量受溫度影響非常大。同一工件在不同溫度下測量會得出很大的誤差。所以好的測厚儀應該具備理想的溫度補償技術，以保證不同溫度下的測量精度。 　　
  4. 紅寶石探頭：探頭接觸點的耐磨性直接影響測量的精度。普通金屬接觸探頭，其表面磨損后會帶來很大的誤差。
