應用備注 The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells using 10 µL reagent / 100 µL of whole blood or 10^6 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.

溶解方式 No reconstitution is necessary.
緩沖液 The reagent is provided in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide and 0.2 % (w/v) high-grade protease free Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) as a stabilizing agent.

CD48 Molecule (CD48) 抗體注意事項 WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediay. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.

Avoid prolonged exposure to light.

儲存方法 Store in the dark at 2-8 °C. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label. Short-term exposure to room temperature should not affect the quality of the reagent.
