應(yīng)用備注 ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 65-70 kDa band in Human Heart and Thyroid lysates after 0.05 µg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 30.5 kDa according to NP_NP_000784.2 and of 34.6 kDa according to NP_001007024.1. The 65-70 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
IHC: Cryo-sectioned Mouse Brain (Hippocampus) shows staining in the granular layer of the dentate gyrus. Recommended concentration: 2-3 µg/mL. Data obtained from anonymous customer.
